It was our first visit with Poliana and I’m so glad we did. She’s a lovely dog lover who clearly understood my Girl and her needs. Being a bully mom you never know what reaction you will get to the breed but Poliana took great care of her and made me feel at ease ensuring she and all animals in her care were safe and well cared for. My girl had a great time and we will be back! 😍
Poliana was very personable and responded to all of my communication in a timely manner. We had a good pre-chat and I felt comfortable with her taking my Lola for the day… I received a photo and then a mini collage of photos and videos.. I like to know how my dog is doing and Poliana made me feel relaxed knowing Lola was in good caring hands… I picked Lola up at end of her play date and Lola was happy and relaxed in the car on the way home… I would recommend Polina to others in our west Orange County area for their dog sitting needs. I rarely leave our precious Shih Tzu, Remi, with a pet sitter because I’m so particular about her care. In fact, we brought Remi all the way to Florida with us from New York and found Poliana locally so I could check In on her during our vacation. I can honestly say that Poliana and her family exceeded my very high standards! I would even say that they cared for Remi better than I care for her myself! Poliana and her 2 daughters are devoted and capable pet sitters and dog groomers. They doted on Remi like a princess and groomed her long full coat multiple times a day. They even surprised me by bathing her before I picked her up so she’d be perfectly clean for our flight home. It was such a pleasure and such a big help to have Remi groomed and not have to worry about first bathing her when we got home tired from our trip! Remi is also prone to eye issues and my top priority is always keeping her eyes healthy and clean. Poliana put Remi’s medication in her eyes and cleaned and combed around them everyday. Her eyes haven’t looked this good since she was a puppy! Poliana was also able to make a recommendation for eye wipes and a special eye comb. She sent Remi home with sample eye wipes, too. And when I lost Remi’s little water bowl during a visit with her, Poliana replaced it for me! I can’t say enough about Poliana and her family. I’m just so impressed and so relieved that I found her since we travel to Disney a few times each year. Poliana will be our go-to Disney pet sitter from now on. I never thought I’d ever find a sitter for Remi who could groom her so beautifully and take such a loving interest in her. I’m so pleased and only wish Poliana lived near us in NY so she could watch Remi every time we travel. Thank you, Poli and family! You gave me the piece of mind I thought I could only dream of. Do not hesitate to book Poli for you pet care needs. She’s the best!

I have open & flexible scheduling on weekdays & weekends (Including nights and the holidays!) I am a Full-time petsitter, here to ensure 24/7 supervision for your pets.

I like to follow the owners routine to make them feel more at home; while offering “free-roaming” style stay (pets only crated upon owners request), I spend lots of time outside playing ball and spending quality time with your furybaby!
