Pet care experience
I've been an avid dog lover since I can remember adopting our first family dog when I was 9, now prepping to adopt my own. I actively take care of my roommates dog, Rowan, and am hoping to help those looking to have trusted dog-watching around Steamboat.

PJ has been apart of a family of dog lovers for his entire life. He has helped raise two loving golden doodles who are amazing friendly dogs! He currently lives with a roommate that has a loving rescue that he often takes for walks and to the dog park. PJ is a very responsible pet owner and would love to help with other dogs!

I can stop by for about 2-4 visits per day, or as needed and am happy to take dogs for walks, trips to the park, or bring them to my house for a bit if they like human time. Happy to accomodate most needs.

I'd love to know of any special needs before starting to take care of your dog. Additionally, if they are shy or timid at first, how friendly they are with other dogs, and how they deal with busy areas or a lot of stimulation. I love all dogs from 'designer' to trail dogs - look forward to meeting your four-legged friend!
A typical day
I like to take dogs to a dog park daily (usually Rita Valentine) and also enjoy going for bike rides, skateboard rides, or walks depending on the dog. I have lots of frisbees and tennis balls for fetch as well as other toys for tug-o-war, etc. More than happy to modify my routine if there is something your dog loves to do!

I am currently working part-time and have lots of free time to take dogs for walks, skinning adventures, bike rides, fetch and more! I love to visit Rita Valentine park and allow for some socializing.
