Anyone who has ever loved a Rottie, Shepherd, or Boxer knows that they’re just big babies, and cat parents know who really rules the house! I grew up with a Rottweiler, German Shepherds, and multiple cats of varying personalities, and I’ve been an animal lover ever since! I know both cats and dogs well enough to read their body language, and I always approach them on their terms. Does your pup need exercise, but you’re stuck in meetings all day? Let me take them for a walk in the park! Have a last-minute dinner after work in the city and need someone to feed your dog? I’m your person! Though I live with a cat currently, I miss the pure joy that is seeing a happy doggo. I know what it’s like to be a pet owner and have a hectic life or last-minute trips, so let me take some of that stress away from you! Every new client includes a meet-and-greet where we will go over your pet’s likes, dislikes, and favorite treats and toys! I’ll also be sure to verify your vet information and what you would like me to do in an emergency. I can’t wait to meet you and your little one! During our meet-and-greet, I will go over all of your pet’s preferences, meal and/or medication times, and what to do in an emergency! During the visit, you can expect me to be professional and respect your little one’s space. It is their home, after all! Let me know if you’d like me to water your plants as well if you’re on a trip. I’m here to make your life easier!

Piper was amazing! She communicated well and sent me photos of my cat Chuck, which made me feel more at peace while I was away in Botswana. Piper made me feel like my cat was treated like her own. Definitely will use her again next time I’m out of town.

I have known Piper her entire life, and I can confidently recommend her as a pet caregiver. She grew up in a home with both medium and large breed dogs as well as cats, giving her extensive experience interacting with and caring for both. She understands basic obedience commands for dogs, and she has always been kind, patient, and confident around animals.
Piper has been around dogs and cats her whole life, and it shows the second she walks in the door, animals just relax around her. She grew up with shepherds and handles high-energy dogs and long walks with ease, so a strong puller or a pup who needs real exercise is nothing new to her. She’s just as good with the gentle ones: when her cat Mary was getting older and struggling, Piper spent hours cuddling and caring for her until she came back around. I’d trust her with my own pets without a second thought.

I am a writer who works from home with a flexible schedule, so pet care is the perfect addition to my day! I’m always looking for an excuse to get out of the apartment, and taking care of furry friends is the perfect way to do so!
