I am so excited to start watching your pet. I have loved animals of all kinds all my life. I know how hard it is to leave your pet with just anybody especially a kennel. It's not always possible to take your pet with you everywhere you go. I think I can be the next best thing to them being at home with you and your family. I have 1 dog who loves playmates, I am home most of the time. I can take your dog outside for excercise. I live on acreage with a mile long driveway. there is no traffic. About this sitter: No matter where you roam, there is truly no place like home. I offer pet care in my home but if you and your dog would be more comfortable, I will come to you. Whether it's visiting your dog or cat just for the day, taking it on a walk or maybe spending the night with it, I am happy to do as little or as much as needed. I will love your pet and treat it like it was my own. Why I love dog sitting I have owned a dog of my life. I love any and all breeds. I worked for a veteranarian when I was younger just so I could spend more time and learn about dogs. Meet my pets I have 1 dogs and 2 cat. My animals are very well behaved and love playing with other animals. About my yard I have 110 acres. Very quiet and wooded. Plenty of room to play fetch or play with my dogs. There is also a pond and creek for swimming. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable administering medications. I have experience with animals from working for a veteranarian.

Finding Piper was a huge blessing and I believe, meant to be! I was looking for a pet sitter to come to our home. Our springer spaniel, CharLee, was only 8 months old when we had to leave her for over two weeks. I thought it would be less traumatic if she stayed in her own home, but somehow accidentally selected "boarding" during my Rover search and I found Piper! Our CharLee loves to be outside and is a very active girl. Piper has a wonderful calm and caring demeanor that our girl immediately gravitated too, and a place to run, play, swim and chase to her hearts content. I couldn't have asked for a better location or person to care for CharLee than Piper. We received daily updates, pictures & videos watching our girl having the very best time. It was comforting to see and gave us such peace of mind. I can't say enough the trust and gratitude we have for Piper! If we have to leave CharLee behind again I pray Piper is available! Thank you, Piper!!

Piper and Todd are terrific dog sitters. Our Flatcoat has a great time staying with them. Recent booking was due to needing surgery out of town, and because of complications we had to extend our dog's stay. we were graciously accommodated!
Absolutely fabulous experience for all of us. Pups were well loved, happy, and we'll be back! I am so glad to have found someone to watch my pups when they can't come with!
Piper is an absolute gem. From the moment I dropped Bodhi off, I knew he was in the best hands. She welcomed him like one of her own, he even got to sleep in the bed😂 She made my heart so happy knowing he was safe, loved, and comfortable. Her place is a dog’s dream, acres of beautiful land, a pond to roam around, and plenty of space to explore. Bodhi made an instant best friend in her sweet dog Archie, and he even got to play with the neighbor dogs too…basically a full-on doggy vacation! I could not have felt more at ease leaving my dog anywhere else. It truly felt like I left him in the most loving, joyful, and natural environment possible. If you’re lucky enough to book Piper, your dog will be treated like family. 🐾💛
Piper was wonderful, she took amazing care of my dog Bear. He had acres and acres to run around and play on and warm snuggles on the couch. We will definitely be calling Piper next time we need to leave town. Thank you for a great experience.

I only work outside of my home 2 days a week. I'm available most every day in some capacity. If you choose to bring your pet to my home, my 4 year old cairn terrier and I would be thrilled.

A typical day
We will walk every day, play ball, swim in the creek and the pond. I am home most of the time. I can take your dog on several walks a day. When it comes to nap time, we can curl up and take nap. If you have a puppy, I can make sure it's tired at night. If you have an elderly dog, I can make sure it has it's quiet time.
