I'm Michael. I live in a one-bedroom basement suite. I have a well-behaved and-trained 11-years-old male border collie (neutered). He helped many puppies learn how to socialize. I sometimes dog sitting my friends' dogs. I also coach people how to communicate with their dogs instead of just simply "traditional training." I let my dog out often since he is a senior dog (I do not want him to hold urine too long). I walk him every day if the weather is permitted. Your dog MUST be vaccinated and has flea prevention treatment (documents are required to show me when we meet). Your dog also should be well-house trained and is being able to socialize with other dogs. I work from home most of the time. I only need to go to my office at SFU once per week on Tuesdays and I take my dog to my office as well. If your dog is okay being around people, I could do that too.
