I have been caring for pets for about a year, mostly looking after small and medium-sized dogs belonging to friends and acquaintances. This experience has taught me how to adapt to different personalities and routines, always making sure each dog feels safe, relaxed, and well looked after. I am currently working as an au pair in Amsterdam, where I live with a cat. This allows me to stay in daily contact with animals and strengthens my sense of responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. While I haven’t yet managed pets with specific medical needs, I am reliable, quick to learn, and ready to follow any instructions required to meet a pet’s needs. I always try to provide a calm, friendly, and positive environment, keeping dogs active and happy through walks, play, and companionship. My goal is to offer trustworthy and personalized care so owners can feel completely at ease while their pets are with me.

I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well looked after. At home, I keep the environment clean and secure, provide food and water on time, and attend to any needs like medications or litter box maintenance for cats. When caring for pets at a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully, respect their routines, and ensure their pets feel calm and happy. I pay close attention to their safety at all times, during walks or play, so owners can trust their pets are in good hands.

We called Pietro to look after a 1 years old female Poodle. As you know, it's always hard to leave your dog, expecially a purebred dog as it comes with even more worries. However our experiences with this dogsitter were excellent, the dog was full of joy when we picked her up and we could tell she had a fun time and was treated very well! He has been our trusted dogsitter for a couple months now and both us and the dog only have positive experiences to share

Schedule
I am available every day from around 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and I can adjust depending on specific needs. On weekends, I am flexible and can organize pet care at different times throughout the day. Caring for pets is part of my daily routine—I make sure they are fed, walked, and looked after consistently, giving them attention and companionship whenever needed.
