Neighbors and family have relied upon me to walk, feed and bathe their dogs, cats and other pets. I have 1 dog who lives with me part time, that I walk daily, feed, and groom. We also have 2 cats that lives at home with me full time.

Phoenix is great. Joyce our golden retriever is a very anxious girl, leaving her is incredibly difficult because of the stress it causes her when she is not with us. However Phoenix came and met us so we could introduce Joyce to her a couple of days before our booking, we were reassured straight away with Phoenix’s manner and care for Joyce and it was clear she has a special ability to connect with animals, Joyce settled incredibly quickly, this is something Joyce finds really challenging, however due to Phoenix’s care of Joyce we were able to leave her for the longest period since we’ve had her. If you want your dog to be cared for and not want to stress about their care, I thoroughly recommend Phoenix, we will definitely be using Phoenix again, more so because she clearly struck a good bond with Joyce and instead of having an anxious afternoon, Joyce had fun and enjoyed playing with Phoenix.
Phoenix is amazing with all types of pets. My dog loves her and is always excited to see her, she always makes sure they’re happy and has all pets needs in order and that they have everything sorted. She’s calm and patient, never shouts no matter what.

Schedule
I currently do not work so I can be available to meet your pet's needs at any time that suits you and your pet's needs. I am currently working through animal care courses with first aid and general day to day care.

Safety, trust & environment
I will keep an eye on your pet when/if they have toys out or chewable treats. If they need to go out for walks I will make sure they have the appropriate kit needed and will keep them on the leash unless specified. When they are outside in the garden I will make sure that they are supervised aswell.

A typical day
Love to play fetch with a tennis ball or a stick. Love going to the forest behind my flat, in Redditch, for a nice long slow walk or to play fun games.
