Phoenix is great. Joyce our golden retriever is a very anxious girl, leaving her is incredibly difficult because of the stress it causes her when she is not with us. However Phoenix came and met us so we could introduce Joyce to her a couple of days before our booking, we were reassured straight away with Phoenix’s manner and care for Joyce and it was clear she has a special ability to connect with animals, Joyce settled incredibly quickly, this is something Joyce finds really challenging, however due to Phoenix’s care of Joyce we were able to leave her for the longest period since we’ve had her. If you want your dog to be cared for and not want to stress about their care, I thoroughly recommend Phoenix, we will definitely be using Phoenix again, more so because she clearly struck a good bond with Joyce and instead of having an anxious afternoon, Joyce had fun and enjoyed playing with Phoenix.
