I’ve been pet sitting in people’s homes for 10 years, typically for stays ranging from 3–14 days. I’m experienced caring for pets with special needs, including administering oral and eye medications multiple times a day and managing digestive issues with tailored diets. I’m comfortable looking after up to 3 cats and 2 dogs at a time, and I have a soft spot for small, feisty dogs who may need a little extra patience and love. Having had my own dog for 10 years, I understand the joy and responsibility of caring for pets as part of the family. As a professional nanny and house manager of 14 years, I’m a neat, organized, and respectful house guest, with extensive experience working in others’ homes. I aim to provide pets and their owners with peace of mind, care, and plenty of love while you’re away.

I cannot recommend Phoenix highly enough! After another pet sitter backed out on me just a week before my trip to Montana, Phoenix stepped in and completely saved the day. Right from the start, they were incredibly quick to respond, friendly, and helpful, immediately easing my anxiety so I could focus on preparing for my vacation. Phoenix made it a priority to come over a week before the trip to meet my cats and learn the ins and outs of my home. My boys are very social and definitely more demanding than the typical independent cat, but Phoenix wasn't deterred at all. In fact, the boys warmed up to Phoenix immediately! Throughout my entire trip, Phoenix was the definition of reliable. I received photo updates every morning and evening, which gave me immense peace of mind. Phoenix is communicative, responsible, displays excellent decision-making skills, and is genuinely just a delightful person to work with. If you are looking for a pet sitter who is professional, adaptable, and truly cares about your animals, look no further. I am so thankful to have found Phoenix and will absolutely be booking again!
Phoenix took good care of my cat and kept him company while I was away. My cat is very shy and spooks easily but warmed up to Phoenix quickly and was in good spirits when I returned. I would work with them again!
Phoenix did a great job with my dog! They sent me consistent pictures and updates and were very responsive. My dog was well cared for and I was pleased to come home to a happy pup.
Phoenix is responsive and clear in their communication style! Our pup was put to bed on time and seemed happy with all the play she received. Phoenix was also able to work with us on doing a video call meet & greet, which was much appreciated.
Phoenix has been coming over to watch my cat Luna in my home for the past 4 years (for a few days here and there when I’m out of town). I’ve been so happy with their level of care and how reliable they are. I get anxious leaving Luna with anyone, but Phoenix makes sure to message me daily & send pics of Luna so I know she’s okay. They love Luna like their own cat, and they always clean up my apartment and leave it spotless when they leave. Above and beyond what I expected from a pet sitter & I’m so grateful to have had their help all these years!

Schedule
I can accommodate regular walks, playtime, feeding, medication administration, and any special care your pet may need throughout the day. Whether it’s a short visit, an overnight stay, or a multi-day stay, I’m available to provide consistent, attentive care to fit your pet’s routine.

Safety, trust & environment
While I don’t currently have a pet-friendly apartment, I’m happy to drop in or stay over as needed. I provide daily walks, playtime, brushing if your pet enjoys it, and backyard enrichment for dogs with access to an enclosed yard. I tailor my care to your pet’s needs and personality, making sure they feel loved, safe, and engaged while you’re away.
A typical day
I enjoy long walks, shorter hikes, fetch, tug, treat training, plenty of cuddles on the couch. Overnight stays include three walks a day (or more if it's a nice day and your pet is up for it), keeping them happy and comfortable while you’re away. I am happy to brush your dogs or cats and even give them waterless shampoo baths if you have the supplies--many love the pampering and belly rubs. If there is a dog park nearby that is gated I am happy to take your dog there. I never let dogs in my care off-leash outside of the home unless it's in a secured area that you have pre-approved. I am happy to walk cats on harnesses but not without, they're too good at climbing gates! I have also cared for a tortoise and hamsters and enjoy enriching them with indoor free roaming time within a safe enclosed area (pet gate, enclosure,etc).
