Phoenix was very responsive and kept me updated the whole time I was gone. I got pictures frequently that helped me when missing my pup.

She was great with Poppy and kept me updated.

Phoenix took phenomenal care of our dog and our apartment while we were out of the country for a week. We received regular updates with photos and came home to a spotless place and a very content pup. Thank you, Phoenix!

Phoenix was so sweet and caring with our kitty! She has a lot of experience with cats so I knew she would be great! She also sent us photo updates which I was so grateful for, as it was my first time being away from Puka. Thank you Phoenix!!

Phoenix did house sitting overnight with our dog for around a week. She's very good and very available to care for our senior dog who had special needs. She was very kind and patient with our dog especially for the first few days when our dog wouldn't go outside to go potty. But Phoenix was able to figure things out and had success. She has been easy to reach when I message her and gives updates, but is capable enough to handle things on her own. We wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix!

We booked Phoenix for 5 days of hosue sitting (overnight & daytime care) for our senior dog Orsa. This was our first time using Rover and we're so thankful to have Phoenix! She warmed up to Orsa, and Orsa warmed up to her, even though Orsa doesn't like strangers. Phoenix followed all instructions and kept Orsa's schedule/routine, which is important for a senior dog. She sent updates every day with photos and answered my text messages promptly. She also left our house clean & tidy.
