Volunteer at Canine partners
I have cared for dogs from a young age, with most of my experience being with Labradors and Weimaraners. I have regularly looked after dogs belonging to family and friends, including feeding, walking, playing with them and providing companionship. I have also gained experience dog sitting in Cardiff, caring for dogs in their own homes and making sure they are happy, comfortable and well looked after.

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I take pet safety seriously and would make sure the dog is always secure and comfortable in their home. I would check that gates and fences are securely closed before letting them outside, keep doors and windows closed where necessary, and make sure they cannot escape or access unsafe areas. I would follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep food and household items that could be harmful out of reach, and supervise the dog when they are outside or on walks. I would also make sure they have access to fresh water and a safe, comfortable space to rest.

It was obvious our dog had a brilliant time — probably too brilliant, as they now seem to prefer Phoebe! Would definitely recommend her and would happily have her look after our furry family member again. 🐾❤️
Phoebe was lovely with our dog and we felt really comfortable leaving them in her care. She was kind, gentle and took the time to get to know them and make sure they were happy and settled.
Phoebe is a very organised and reliable person. She is a kind and thoughtful person with a love of animals loves and they love her.
Phoebe totally loves animals and was very patient and attentive with our pet. I will continue to use her pet sitting service whenever needed and would highly recommend her for Rover.

Schedule
I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your dog. I’m available on weekdays after 3pm, as well as throughout weekends, and can provide plenty of walks, companionship, attention and exercise.
