I will follow your directions on care for your pets. It’s important to me, with my pets, that my directions are followed; so, I will do the same for you. So you don’t have to worry. I understand that each pet has their own needs. For example, I have to leash my golden to take her potty or she eats poop. Two of my dogs need specific meds at differing schedules. Because this is my daily life, it’s easy for me to follow directions to care for your pets. Give me written directions and they will be followed to a T. I know that it’s a matter of safety and health for your pet.

A typical day
Depending on your dog’s needs, we can go a a sniff walk or play games indoors that also mentally stimulate them. If you want to provide treats, we can even practice some tricks for fun. For cats, we mostly cuddle and kittens are a blast to play with lasers with!

I have 3 dogs; before them, we had 2 cats. I’ve trained one service dog, 2 therapy dogs, and I was able to shave my Norwegian Forest Cats at home. I’ve had a dog almost my entire life, and clip their nails myself. I helped a breeder for a few years: with births and socializing the puppies. Most importantly, I just love dogs and cats. They always gravitate to me in a room. I have 5 dog training classes and multiple books on dog training and behavior in my repertoire. I actively train and play with my dogs in ways that keep them safe, well behaved, and enriched. It’s just fun! I am a Certified Positive Dog Trainer that worked at Petco. I am happy to teach private lessons or classes for you and your dog. Any age can learn new things!

Phoebe is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for my cat. It is very clear she loves and cares for the pet she is watching and I am so grateful to have found her. Not only did she handle everything with my cat perfectly, but she also helped me with other household tasks while I was away. She gave my cat so much love and also a new toy. I will definitely be using her again in the future.
Phoebe was so awesome to my guinea pig when I was away for 3 weeks! She really cares about the pets that she sits for and I appreciated her thorough updates each day. I was so happy that she was enthusiastic to care for my guinea pig and provided much love and attention to her. She was diligent in her care of Cinnamon Bun and followed directions. She also helped maintain my plants as well! I 100% recommend Phoebe to care for your pets and will definitely try to book her for my next trip away :)
Loved having Phoebe take care of my two kittens while I was away. I asked for a drop in every day and she gave me very detailed notes and sent so many pictures and videos. She followed all my instructions and kept everything clean. She even came up with a creative idea to stop the kittens from plugging out the automatic pet feeder! Definitely will book her again next time I'm away.
Phoebe is one of the best dog owners I know. Her dogs are always well-behaved and respectful. My partner is allergic to dogs and whenever we have been around Phoebe and her dogs, she is able to keep her dogs calmly by her side and away from my partner. She is always able to calmly and quickly correct any dogs in her vicinity when they are misbehaving, including untrained dogs. Animals love her and listen to her well!
