Information Phillip G. would like to know about your pet
What important information should I know about your pets ahead of time, such as their daily routine, feeding instructions, medical needs, behavior, and any special care or safety requirements?
A typical day
When caring for pets, I focus on activities that keep them happy, comfortable, and mentally engaged based on their personality and needs. Some of the fun things I do include: For dogs, that often means walks tailored to their energy level, whether it’s a relaxed neighborhood stroll or a more active route with sniffing time built in. I also like playing games like fetch, tug-of-war, or simple training exercises that keep their mind busy as well as their body. For cats, I usually spend time with interactive play using toys like wand teasers or laser pointers (used carefully so they still get a “catch”). I also do enrichment activities like puzzle feeders, climbing encouragement, and gentle social time for cats who enjoy attention. For smaller pets, like rabbits or guinea pigs, I make sure they have safe exploration time, fresh enrichment items (like chew toys or tunnels), and quiet handling if they’re comfortable with it. Across all pets, I also build in calm companionship—some just like having someone nearby, being talked to softly, or getting brushed and cared for. Everything is adjusted to the pet’s routine, energy level, and comfort so they feel secure while still having a bit of fun and stimulation.

Reviews

Phillip helped out with my dog when another placement didn’t work out. I was so relieved and my dog came back happy

Phillip was great!

This was a last-minute booking. Phillip has a gentle, kind demeanor, was responsive, and took great care of Alfie. He was communicative and shared updates. I think Alfie felt welcomed! I would highly recommend.

Phillip did amazing! The dogs were well taken care of and received great updates while we were gone. Will be booking again!
