I had my dog for twelve years and have fostered over 50 dogs for two rescues here in NC. The saying a dog is a man's best friend is certainly true for me, I'm the type that can be found hanging with the dog at a party. I work from home so I'm able to spend plenty of time with the pups and they are always welcomed to join me on the couch to watch TV after work. In my work as a foster I have worked with dogs that are slow to trust, ones that want to snuggle, ones with medical or anxiety issues, and ones that always want to play all the time so I have experience working with all types of doggy personalities and love all of them!

Phillip did a fantastic job of taking care of my sweet girl! Given I have an anxious pitbull that loves people, finding someone who can give her the loving she needs while putting up with her overstimulated moments is hard, so I'm thankful that Phillip not only took care of her but genuinely enjoyed his time with her! I will be booking Phillip again for sure!
Was able to respond quickly and help us out with an unexpected pet problem that came up. He communicated excellently and spent a lot of time with our fur babies. Thank you so much.
Phillip was excellent! Our boy is normally quite shy & other sitters haven’t been able to get him to warm up, but he took his time & gave him some extra love. Will definitely be using him again!
This was my first time using Rover for my little guy and Phillip really exceeded my expectations. He took him in very last minute, extremely accommodating, and was very comminutive the entire time he had Hinge. Thanks for taking such great care of Hinge, Phil !

Phillip took the time to meet our dog beforehand and was very caring for his every need! Our dog is a playful puppy and had a great time during his stay. He was clearly tired and happy when we picked him up. We’d definitely have him stay with Phillip again!

Schedule
I work from home so have a little flexibility with my schedule but do have to plan around various family commitments. It will be helpful to understand if there are exact times you want visits or if there is a little flexibility with time ranges.

Happy to follow whatever rules you have in place. I’m use to being around dogs that need time to warm up and others that need help learning rules.

I love going exploring the trails in the area with pups showing me all the good smelling spots! My apartment complex has a huge dog park for the pups to run around. Also my dog always loves when we have visitors so she'll make sure they feel welcomed too!
