A typical day
I will take the lead from your cat on how much attention, playtime and grooming they want from me! I have a very clever cat at home who loves treat puzzles, so if that’s something your cat might be interested in I can bring one along with me when I visit!

Pet care experience
I set up my own dog walking and pet sitting business in September 2019, after 3 years of working in the pet retail sector and earning an advanced apprenticeship in Animal Care and Welfare. I also have experience caring for my own small animals and cats and other peoples dogs for more than 10 years, so not only can I walk and care for your pets, I can also offer nutrition and enrichment advice, helping you care for your pets even after I’m gone! Before starting my dog walking and pet sitting business full time, I worked in an independent pet shop, overseeing their small animal boarding centre, as well as helping out with dog grooming, and working on the shop floor, assisting customers in making informed decisions about the perfect food, apparel and toys/enrichment items for their pets. So while you’re off working or enjoying yourself on holiday, you can rest assured that your dog, cat or other pet is in great hands. I love all animals, and always look forward to meeting new people and pets!

Philippa is extremely reliable and caring and has endless energy and patience with our energetic puppy. She does 1 hour drop in sessions which involve a mixture of play, training and short walk (age appropriate). She's very friendly, calm and knowledgeable about dogs and our puppy really looks forward to her visits. We're really glad to have found her and I would recommend her without reservation.
