A happy home for dogs of any size or age
I have a lifetime experience of caring for dogs having always had dogs at home. My current dog is a gentle giant who loves the company of all other animals. I have experience with all dogs from the very small to the giant and from puppies through to older dogs. I can provide a home from home, with regular walks, a fenced garden with access to woodland walks immediately behind the house, and a work from home life that means I am always in the same room as the dogs so they always have company and attention.

Figgy has enjoyed another lovely stay with Philip and his family. She always comes back relaxed and happy.
As usual Figgy has enjoyed her stay with Philip and has come home relaxed and happy. We’ve enjoyed receiving the regular photos and hearing about the activities and walks Figgy has been taken on and can see that she has thoroughly enjoyed her stay. As always I would highly recommend Philip to look after your pet.
Figgy had another lovely week with Philip and his family.. She has come back again relaxed and happy and we know she has had a great time. Philip sends regular lovely photos of figgy on her walks and enjoying time with other family members. We really appreciate the home from home care that she receives.
This was Figgy’s second stay with Philip and she was clearly really excited and happy to go and stay again. We were really pleased again with how content and relaxed Figgy was staying with Philip and his family. We received some lovely photos every day and regular updates of walks and activities. Figgy has come back home happy and contented. Would highly recommend Philip.
Philip provided the most wonderful care and attention to Figgy our mini dachshund and I would highly recommend his service. This was Figgy’s first time staying with Philip and it was clear from the regular photos and updates that Figgy settled in quickly and was really enjoying her 3 walks per day and cuddles in the evening. It was reassuring to know that she was having a lovely time and has come home happy and relaxed. We’ve already booked Philip again to look after figgy And I would highly recommend.
Philip has regularly looked after my Sprocker Spaniel and always treats him with a lot of love and attention. Buddy always likes going to Philips house and he is treated just like a family pet there. His dog Mickey gets on really well with Buddy and they love each others company.

Schedule
I work from home and walk my own dog 3-4 times per day. He is a gentle giant who loves all other dogs. The house has a self contained garden which is fully fenced. On dry days the backdoor is open and dogs are free to come in and out as they please. Dogs are allowed on our sofa and our bed (for overnight stays). Dogs have company 24/7 with plenty of time to walk and play.

I have a fenced rear garden that has a gate straight out into woodland. The garden is completely secure and on a dry day the back door is open and dogs have free access to the garden all day. Working from home, I stop to walk my own dog 3-4 times a day. My own dog is super friendly and loves the company of all other dogs. If your dog comes to stay, you will know that they are never alone and are getting regular exercise, playtime and attention. Dogs are welcome on the sofa and if they stay overnight, on the bed too. There are no children in the home so all care is with adults and the house is a calm place in which all dogs can feel comfortable.
Pets
A typical day
Dogs have 3 walks a day and if staying overnight, 4 walks each day. On dry days the door to the fenced back garden is left open and dogs can come and go as they please. The garden is completely secure. I work from home and stay with the animals all day, stopping to interact, play and if allowed by the owners, give treats. My back garden backs onto a large area of woodland. Dogs love walking there. If your dog can be off the lead and has good recall a walk in the woods off lead is a possibility too.
