I’m available for from Morganton to Hickory and eveything in berween overnight Or drop in We love all dogs! Dogs make us laugh & bring us much joy! My wife and I have a fenced yard with lots of chew toys and a baby pool. We are not worried about messes, hair or poop....we want all of our guests to have a good time and love it here. I have had dogs of my own my whole life and all have lived way beyond their life expectancy. I've house sat and have taken care of dogs for a fee for 10 years. I have a 2.5 year old mix black lab/border collie with all his shots. He loves to have furry friends to play with. If your baby is not completely happy I will refund your fee. Phillip was awesome! He was very kind and accommodating, especially with how last-minute our trip was, and Kimber had a great time!
Philip and his wife were great. Dexter was super happy when I arrived to pick him up. They provided a picture and update. Dexter slept all afternoon because he was exhausted from playing all day, it was great.

My babies loved staying with Phillip! It was obvious he took excellent care if them for me. They were calm, not upset, hungry or intensely sleepy when I picked them up. This told me a lot. When they stayed in a kennel they were always hungry, tired and agitated wanting to go home. And a lot of separation anxiety. But not so with Phillip. He was beyond great! He also kept me updated with texts and pics of my gang each day. No worries here.
Phillip was responsive and took care of our girl while we went away. He sent pictures of her fun and has a dog friendly environment. Thanks Phillip!

Schedule
Currently retired able to spend most of the time taking care of the dogs. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood or hiking on a path with the dogs

Nice acre and a half to play ball or walk around. Mostly wooded without a lot of other dogs and or people around, safe place to play

A typical day
We have miles of trails and bike paths without motor vehicles to go on walks. We will play fetch with balls, sticks and Frisbee's. We have a couple baby pools to cool off and play...I know your labs will just lay down in the water. We have tons of inside toys to chew and chase. We will tag & play hide and seek
