Phil's a fantastic pet caregiver. I've worked with Phil for over a year now, to walk my retired greyhound on a regular basis. Phil is polite, approachable, personable, communicates extremely well, is consistent, reliable, resourceful, responsible, attentive, vigilant, considerate, sensible and listens. Phil has a genuine care for animals and their wellbeing. Phil is confident to raise any concerns he has with me about my dog's health, big or small. I've been able to discuss these with him, investigate and follow-up with my vet when necessary. Phil also checks-in with me about how my dog's doing. Phil listens when I've asked him to adapt his normal walking routine to accommodate a change I want to make. The services Phil offers are flexible and accommodating and his prices are very reasonable especially given the level of care Phil gives.
