Pet care experience
I love dogs and never want to be without them.
I'm retired and can give your pet virtually 24hr care. I'm an avid walker and will take your pet on lovely woodland walks and visits to country estates, beach etc. I have owned my own dogs for the past 30 years but am currently without one, hosting dogs allows me to enjoy, fuss and soil even more.

Poppy had a wonderful stay with Philip. We had very regular updates as to what she was up to. She had everything she could want (walks, cuddles, sofas) and lots of attention. Thank you for giving Pops a lovely holiday while we were away :-)
Bentley had a great stay, Philip kept us updated regularly so always felt relaxed that he was ok and settled. Bentley had plenty of exercise with long walks and a trip to the dog park. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks
Our dog Roo was very well taken care of by Philip. We received many photos and videos of her on walks or playing in the dog park every day. Philip was also extremely helpful and flexible when our flights were canceled and our pickup time was delayed. I would not hesitate to send Roo back to Philip for any time we travel.
Philip was absolutely brilliant looking after my greyhound, Coco. She came home very calm and settled after her stay. He took her on some really nice walks and sent plenty of photo updates, which was very reassuring. Philip and his wife have a lovely home and it was clear Coco felt comfortable there. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and would happily recommend him to others. Thank you very much!!
Philip has looked after Wilson my, now 15-year-old, Jack Russell, on numerous occasions over the years. He sends me regular updates as to how things are going during the stay, sends photos and videos of Wilson on his walks in the countryside or of him simply relaxing on the sofa or in the garden. These all give me great comfort and reassurance that Wilson is in the best hands during his visits and I cannot recommend Philip highly enough.

Schedule
I am at home most of the day except when I'm at the gym in the morning, my daily routine is flexible so I always have time for walks and I'm often in the garden or doing chores around the house, under the watchful eyes of your pet!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully walled garden and lots of green walks straight out my front door. Pets are welcome on furniture and beds if that's what their used to at home. I try to follow their home routine as far as I can. I use a local secure dog park with a pool if required for the additional cost of the session.
A typical day
I have lovely woodland walks on my doorstep with lots to see and smell. I play ball or tug in the garden and have a plastic ball that can be filled with kibble to be nosed around for the treats.
