Responsible, friendly LIC dog care
I’ve raised and cared for dogs since early childhood and I love to hang out with them. Having raised a Siberian Husky and an American Akita, i’ve got extensive experience with large, powerful, headstrong canines and have a particular affection for—and ability to handle—these breeds. That said, I love all sizes and breeds and I take my responsibility to care for them seriously. Whether it’s walks, dog runs, giving medications or simply spending quality time with your dog, I look forward to the opportunity. I’m currently providing freelance IT/tech support while continuing my lifelong study of jazz guitar so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to offer dog care services throughout the week and weekend. I treat everyone’s home as I would my own and leave things better than i find them! I’ll do whatever is necessary to make you feel comfortable leaving your pet and/or home in my care. I’m happy to provide local references and answer any questions you might have.

Philip has been walking Kyra for a few weeks now and has been amazing! He is extremely attentive, communicative, and reliable. Kyra has warmed up to him (no surprise) and she looks forward to her walks with Philip! We're very thankful!
Philip was great with my husky. I’m usually nervous handing off my husky to someone new since he is high energy and stubborn, but Philip was wonderful with getting to know him. My pup came back from his walk super happy, and tired!
Philip has been great with Bella so far! He shows a lot of understanding and patience, and he’s gone above and beyond. He’s not stingy with time and has walked her longer than needed every time.
I couldn't be happier with the service Philip provided while walking my dog, Oliver. From the moment we met, it was clear that Philip has a genuine love for dogs and a professional approach to his work. Philip was punctual and communicated well, making sure to update me with photos and notes from their walk. Oliver, who can be a bit picky with new people, warmed up to Philip right away. It was great to see how excited and happy Oliver was in the photos Philip sent. Would definitely use again soon.
Philip was awesome! Very friendly, communicative, sent lots of photos and updates. I can tell he really loves dogs, and Snickers had a great time with him on the walks!
Philip was amazing with my golden retriever Cooper. Despite Cooper being a big puller, he did a great job handling him. He took him out a nice long walk and he came back completely pooped. Cooper absolutely loves him. Would strongly recommend.
