I love to stimulate dogs with play and walks, so a typical day would involve a nice morning and afternoon walk and personalized play time and cuddle time in between.

I am a wildlife biologist and wildlife rehabilitator, which means I have medical skills in case of emergencies. My field season finished for the year and I would love to take your pup for a walk. I did take a pet first aid class as well and am trained in medicating dogs and giving them fluids. I am a very physical person and I cannot wait to take your pup out as a walking buddy and/or house sit your pet . I have experience with a plethora of breeds and ages, ranging from energetic puppies to seniors. I once had a senior dog as a client that I took on walks while she comfortable rested on pillows in a little cart. She loved it and we stopped so she could smell flowers and grasses. I myself own a pittie and a great pyrenees.

Petra was very communicative about how things were going during her stay at our home and texted us pictures of the dogs which made us feel at ease. We have multiple terriers and she handled them with no issues. She is is knowledgeable about dog behavior and understood each dog’s personality and how to relate to each one. She treated our dogs with kindness even if they were naughty. I would highly recommend her and will be hiring her again.
Amazing experience for this new dog owner! Petra was extremely quick to reply and kept me up to date on how my puppy was doing my first night out after getting her. My dog was comfortable with her right away and Petra did an amazing job taking care of her.
Despite a communication glitch in the beginning, Petra was attentive and responsible.
THE BEST SITTER ON ROVER. Also a great person. Petra is gold.
