God and my Parents Blessed me with responsibility for the ranch animals age twelve. That was my allowance to buy books. I read a lot. I got up at 6 am to feed the horses. It was dark and cold. Westerners still learn accountability very young. Anymore, I am still caring for pets around my learning and continuing education geographic economic studies.

Pets and Flash establish a routine, so everyone knows the play and friendship to come. The schedule gets written with the owner's needs dove-tailed with Flash's continuing education at SUU. The safety of the house and property is paramount. It gets checked regularly to make sure the animals and infrastructure are secure. The well being of the pets is what it's all about.
Information Peter T C. would like to know about your pet
I know pet body language, talking to pets so they understand, house-training puppies and rescued animals, dog and cat socializing, and emergency care. However, I need to know in advance of pet behavior indicating a need for more learning.
A typical day
The 1.2 mile paved Water Tower Walk in Cedar City is perfect for exercising and socializing dogs year round, as is the 2.5 mile Coal Creek Walk when the wind is blowing. The Thunderbird Garden trails are 12 miles of trails on BLM land near the golf-course. However, it is not paved and can be muddy when wet. The BiCentenial Soccer Complex near the Cedar City Aquatic Center is great for hunting dogs and senior dogs trained to be off-leash.

Pet care experience
I grew up on a horse ranch of 75+ head. After the US Navy and college I adopted dogs and cats, until I could afford my own champion stock. Animals like my energy and words. After eating we play. Feeling better we take a nap while Flash locks up the house and checks that all utilities in normal status. Then Flash goes home to study more about online mapping.
Reviews
I’ve known Peter for many years. He grew up around horses and dogs. His family ran a Dude ranch in Montana. As an adult, he always had cats and dogs, one or more, rescues and thoroughbreds, young and old, in multiple combinations. His pets were healthy and well-behaved. He comprehends dog and cat behavior and body language without anthropizing them. For instance, my dogs were house-trained and had quick and easy access to a large, secure yard. I was perplexed when one of my dogs pooped inside when she had occasional diarrhea. I thought she was eating something that caused indigestion. I ignored her behavior for a while, but when it persisted, I talked to Peter about it. He told me it was her way of getting my attention, of asking for my help. I took her to the vet. She has an anal gland abnormality that is now well-treated with twice-daily bulk laxatives. In retrospect, her behavior was clear, but at the time, I hadn’t interpreted it correctly. I remember, when Peter already had three dogs, he inherited two poorly trained, adult Yorkies from his aunt. One 3-year-old Yorkie reportedly “refused” to be house-trained. The other 5-year-old Yorkie stubbornly marked his territory inside the house which got worse when he started living with Peter and the other dogs. With considerable patience and persistence, he eventually succeeded in changing their strongly engrained behaviors. The “untrainable” 3-year-old Yorkie became house-trained, and the other Yorkie stopped marking inside. I was amazed and amused when I saw how the younger Yorkie jump up, balance on four paws on the threshold of the large doggie door, lean forward, and sort of fall through the doggie door to get in and out. They became well-behaved, confident, and integrated pack-mates.
