In my lifetime I have had several dogs of my own. Starting as a child we grew up with a Collie. I started pet sitting with our neighbor's cats and dogs. I continued through my life casually watching the pets of friends and family while they were on vacation. I don't currently have a dog. Millie, our last dog passed away 18 months ago.

Peter was very responsive, took a booking on short notice. Coco seemed to enjoy her stay! Flexible with pick up times, hope to reconnect in the future!
Peter was terrific! At drop off, he took time to understand our senior dog and her routines. He sent us a picture and update the next morning. She ate all her meals at Peter’s house (which she rarely does at home) so I know she was relaxed with him. At pick up, she made a point to go over and lean into him to say goodbye! Overall a great experience - thanks Peter!
Peter was once again great with Bongo, and was responsive and flexible with us. I would definitely trust Bongo with him again.

I left my dog with Peter for 6 days and I am very appreciative of the service he provided! He was very kind to my dog, gave her plenty of walks and the communication was perfect. He made sure to verify the important things and provided me with well timed updates without my asking which I thought was extremely kind and well thought out. This man clearly knows what he is doing and cares about the clients he takes on. I would 10/10 recommend him to any one looking to board their dog for an extended amount of time!

Schedule
I have a full-time job in the tech industry. What works out well for pet sitting is that I am less than a mile from my home and my office is dog friendly. I have taken many dogs to work with me over the years.

Safety, trust & environment
I do live in a condo so I do not have a fenced yard. But I have countless good routes for dog walking starting right outside my door. I also have the option of a dog park lass than a mile from my home. Dogs are welcome to come to work with me as well. In my house dogs are allowed on the couch but I also keep a crate for those dogs that prefer it. Some dogs just enjoy the den atmosphere when retreating to a crate.
