I've grown up with and had animals all throughout my life: consistently having and caring for dogs as well as well as others including: turtles, lizards, fish, guinea pigs, fish, parakeets, and cats. I am a true animal lover (when I was a kid I wanted to be a vet) and believe firmly in needs-based care that is specific to each animal: their biology and personality. I have comfortability accommodating different feeding schedules, medication needs, playtime, and plenty of walks/exercise needs.

Peter was wonderful in watching our cat. It is the first time that we have left her so we had a lot of worries about her being healthy and happy, but Peter did a great job taking care of and socializing with our cat. He gave detailed updates and was very responsive. We'd definitely use Peter again to help ease our minds any time we travel!
Peter is such a kind, gentle soul who clearly deeply cares about animals. I got updates for each check-in, pics, and he went above and beyond to make sure all was well at home while I was out of town. Conscientious, kind, and reliable. Highly recommended!
Peter has watched our two cats many times now and he is wonderful every single time! Our cat Milton is an anxious guy with an anxious tummy, but Peter is super patient with him and takes things at Milton's pace, which I really appreciate. He's also a great communicator, which I also very much appreciate :) We always come home to two happy and healthy kitties, a clean litterbox and mail brought in. I highly recommend Peter if you're looking for someone to take care of your kitties - they will be in the safest of hands!

Schedule
I work a hybrid job and have a car (no kids or partner) so there is flexibility in my schedule, and I can accommodate different client needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I prioritize joy and personalized care when in my home or my clients. I currently have a domestic box turtle. When in a client's home I will respect house rules and am a tidy and clean. When pets are in my home I live in a clean and tidy one-bedroom condo in a fully fenced very pet friendly community with easy access to outdoors, multiple grassy areas, and plenty of safe areas to walk pets. My approach to care is grounded in love, compassion and joy - hire me today!

A typical day
I have a very consistent daily routine and will integrate into my life the same level of care and detail for your pet. I enjoy relaxing and cuddling and also being active outside so dogs can enjoy their time with good walks, playtime, and stimulation in the right ways. My job is flexible so I can meet their needs and will provide daily updates (with photos) to you as an owner. I do have a smaller doggie (Bernice) and she’s generally pretty friendly with other dogs.
