Peter’s a long-time friend of mine and he’s looked after our pets when we’ve gone out of town, sometimes for weeks at a time. We’ve asked him to care for our pets at least twice a year for the past 8 or 9 years, and he’s been wonderful every single time. He’s cared for our guinea pigs (now both passed) and our two cats (now 7 and 5 years old). He’s always our first choice as a pet sitter. Our pets absolutely adore him — they light up when he comes over, even our boy cat who is typically reserved around visitors. He’s incredibly kind, responsible, and attentive. His communication is excellent; he sends regular updates and videos so we never feel out of the loop. If anything comes up, he reaches out right away. For example, when our cats have disconnected their food robot, Peter has quickly helped us get the feeding schedule back on track. Peter has a big heart and just has that special vibe that pets instantly understand. I’ve even seen it with the dogs that belong to his roommates. I never worry when he’s watching our babies — I always feel completely safe and at ease knowing they’re in such capable, caring hands.
