Hi, I'm Peter! I'm currently a student at DePaul and have had pets in my home for almost my entire life. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with and caring for them. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have lots experience looking after dogs for families in my hometown, including dog sitting and house sitting. I've cared for dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs, and I understand the importance of providing consistent care. I also have experience caring for dogs that require daily medications, eye drops, and extra assistance getting outside and going to the bathroom. I take pride in providing safe, attentive, and personalized care for every pet I look after. I am responsible, reliable, highly organized, and have strong communication and time management skills. And I can't wait to spend time with your animals!

Peter stayed at our house and took care of our young Field Golden Retriever -- lots of activity required! He made sure she had long walks and lots of attention. He is responsible, attentive, and did a great job with our beloved pooch. Would highly recommend.
We are long time family friends of Peter Boenish and his family. Over the years, we have personally watched Peter and his brother, Matthew, grow into excellent young men with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to their education and futures. We are the proud dog owners of ranging in age from 10 to 5. Pete has personally stayed in our home for extended periods of time to care for our girls. It was obvious they had a mutual love and I would highly recommend Peter for any position related to animal care as he demonstrates accountability and commitment to his responsibilities.
You could not get a better young man to care for your fur babies. Peter is a very talented and inspirational person and he just loves dogs and my dogs loved him. I wish he was still my neighbor so I could use him again for dog/house sitting.

Schedule
I am very flexible and ensure to make time for animals because they are just as important to me as I am to them. Having an animal for almost my entire life, their presence and routine have made it second nature to my lifestyle.

Caring for pets has become a natural part of my routine. Whether it's providing fresh water, feeding, exercise, or companionship, I make sure each pet's needs are met. Every animal is different, so I always listen carefully to the owner's instructions and pay attention to the animal's behavior to ensure they are properly cared for. I have experience administering medication, taking extra precautions during walks and outdoor time when needed, and adapting my care to fit each individual pet.

A typical day
I love going on walks and spending quality time with the pets I watch. Every animal is different, so I like to get to know their personality and what they enjoy doing. Whether that's playing fetch, running around outside, exploring on a walk, or just relaxing and hanging out together, I always make sure they are having fun and getting the attention they need.
