Peace for Mind and Pet Home Sitting
"Peace for Mind & Pet Home sitting" began in 2011 when some of his friends needed a reliable and trustworthy person to look over their home and pets while away. Since then, he has gained several referred repeat clients, some of which regard him as a family member — not an expected nor imposed rapport. Peter has a talent for animals, providing great presence, attentiveness and joy towards them, which in turn often draws the pets’ attention and affection. Dog whisper-like. Also he is a gracious communicator —sensible, while generous and dependable in his spirit of service. Peter is also very creatively thoughtful and a hard-worker, who can assist with your gardening, improving the condition of your bbq and organizing things -- all upon permission first. His motto is, "when these people are away on vacation, they can have peace of mind that their home is safe, pets are cared for and all will be and look the same -- if not better upon returning home. Try his leftover meals in your frig — he’s a chef too! As a creative jack of all trades, he can also make you a mixed-media portrait of your pet — extra charges.

Peter was great. He took the time to connect with our Great Dane in advance so that their time together was as seamless as possible. He provided updates during our time away about our dog and home. He took great care of our pup and our home.
Our 10 year old pit mix got on famously with Pet Pal Pete! He was relaxed and calm when we got home (not the classic “stink eye - you left me!” we’ve gotten many time before)! The house was left clean and perfect. Peter was a great communicator the entire time!
Peter is fabulous, he makesthings work, is friendly and organized and the best part is my dog loves him!
The house was cleaner than when I left and my dog was delightfully tired when we got home. Thank you, Peter for taking such good care of everything while we were gone.

Schedule
I am self-employed as an artist working at home/studio, and p/t outcalls as a CMT at sub-contracted local Sonoma County spas; so I create my own schedule around pet sitting.
