I work part-time as a Beauty Advisor at Sephora and am a veteran of the Georgia Army National Guard. I use Rover as a flexible way to earn extra income while saving for travel and future goals, including moving to New York City and eventually buying a home in Augusta. My schedule allows me to stay adaptable, so I’m able to provide reliable, consistent care and be available when needed for pets.

A typical day
I love staying active, so pets who enjoy walking, jogging, or a good game of fetch are in for some fun! I make sure outdoor activities are safe and comfortable, usually going out when it’s below 75° to avoid the heat. I’m also a fan of playtime, whether it’s letting them roam, playing chase, or taking them to a pet park (if allowed). For more mellow pets, I’m happy to relax, watch TV, or even enjoy a cozy nap together. If parents are comfortable with it, I also bring them along on errands for a little adventure!

Perla did a great job with my 3 dogs and my house was kept exactly as I left it! Will book again!
Perla watched our 2 dogs Chase and Luke at our home for 8 days. We had never left our dogs for that long, but I never once worried because she was on top of things. She was great with giving me updates, asking any questions and sending me pictures. My one dog Chase had peed once in the house and she cleaned up as needed. She also took good care of my Chase’s condition. I would highly recommend Perla to anyone!
I re-booked Perla for another walk for my 2 dogs Chase and Luke. She is wonderful with them, my dogs are getting more familiar with seeing her. She is very comfortable / patient with animals as she has a few of her own. I would recommend Perla to anyone wanting their babies looked after. Thank you so much!
Perla was great with my 2 dogs! Today did a get to know you/ walk. She was on time and asked great questions to be sure that she understood the needs of my 2 senior dogs. I have booked her again to come watch my dogs for overnight stays for an upcoming trip where I will be out of town.
