My family and I have grown up with dogs and we love them. I have looked after many dogs over the years of all breeds, ages and needs.

Penny looked after Basil overnight it was the first time he had been left. Penny provided updates and photos throughout the whole time which was very nice and appreciated. Basil had a great time and was very happy when I picked him up. Thank you so much for looking after him so well and I would 100% recommend Penny thanks again
We hebben Cooper op het afgesproken tijdstip gebracht bij Penny & Wade en met een brokken onze kelen weggereden maar toen we even later zaten te eten in het centrum van Portsmouth kregen we een foto in een Whatsappje waarop onze pup te zien is met de twee honden van het gezin. Toen we haar zo op haar gemak zagen zitten hadden we een beter gevoel en hebben we heerlijk genoten van de theatervoorstelling. Kwart over tien pikten we Cooper weer op en waren we zeer blij dat het allemaal zo goed was gegaan. Als we ooit weer eens in de buurt zijn en we willen uit samen, dan zullen we zeker aan dit lieve gezin denken. Dank, ook aan Rover, het was allemaal prima geregeld!
Our dog, Dylan, had a lovely time and was very contented there and when picked up! Penny was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. As a doggy parent to an epileptic dog, we can often feel nervous about leaving him with someone new. However, we were very reassured and sent loads of updates and photos. Will book again!
Penny, wade and the boys are great with Yuka. Yuka comes home happy and tired which is good. I would recommend them with your fur babies
Pickle was confused when he arrived as it was his first ever day care but was put at ease and had a great day. I’m so pleased I found Penny.
Absolutely brilliant definitely recommend Penny & her husband, she helped look after Mickey last minute & provided regular updates on how he was. Thank you

Schedule
I only work part time so I have plenty of time to walk and look after the doggies who stay with us. We're available any day of the week.

We had a friendly, elderly Jack Russel, sadly he passed away in January 2026. We have a fenced garden for the doggies to do their business. And we live near some lovely places to take the dogs out for their walks. I love taking the dogs for a walk along the mountbatten shoreline.

A typical day
We love going for long walks in a variety of areas for their enrichment and mental stimulation as well as a few smell based games.
