How pets are cared for in their home depends on the pet. Some really need their space while others love attention straight away! Making sure the pet has plenty of clean water, fresh food and all their toys and comfy places available is the main priority as pets can sometimes rearrange their furniture when left alone. I like to be guided by what the pet wants to do (within reason of course) whether that’s playing with them or just giving cuddles or even just sitting with them if they need time warming up to me.

Penny was great once again! Very thorough and makes sure our 8 boys gets everything they need. I would continue to use Penny for future bookings.
Penny was absolutely amazing with our cats! She kept us updated throughout her visits, sending not only lovely photos but also little paragraphs about how the cats had been and what they’d been up to. It was so reassuring to know they were happy and well looked after while we were away. We would definitely recommend Penny and will absolutely be using her again next time we go away!
Penny dropped in on my cat Tilly while I was on holiday and was amazing. She came to meet me and Tilly the week before so I could explain everything and ensure Tilly was comfortable with her. She maintained clear communication throughout, sent updates and pictures which really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Penny!

Penny was great and made us feel at ease leaving Ronnie. She made sure to get to know everything important about Ronnie and his schedule and kept us updated with messages and photos the whole time.
Penny was great looking after Bella and Bee. It was nice to be on holiday knowing they were being looked after by someone who spent time with them,fussed them,fed them and sent me updates everyday including photos. I plan to ask Penny to look after them again when I next go on holiday. She’s really caring and you can tell how much she loves cats 🐈⬛❤️😻

Schedule
I work from home and it’s quite flexible so can work on my laptop from a house or pop and visit a pet almost whenever it’s needed.
