Penny is great. I had complete peace of mind while traveling. She is very attentive to schedules, needs and wants. The pets were relaxed and happy while I was gone and upon arriving home. It is apparent that Penny really strives to keep pets comfortable and loved during a time that is stressful for them. Penny is a blessing.
Penny was incredible with my pups! She stepped in for a last-minute drop-in visit and then, with just a few days’ notice, stayed the entire weekend with them. Her flexibility is exactly what I need, especially with my unpredictable work schedule and travel. Both of my dogs can be a handful, but Penny handled them with care and confidence. She kept me updated every day with messages and photos, played with them, and even took them on walks—something I’m usually hesitant about due to their reactivity around other dogs. I was really impressed by how attentive she was on walks; when she saw an off-leash dog approaching, she immediately turned and went the other way to avoid any issues. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in her hands, and when I came home, it felt like I had never left. I would 100% recommend Penny to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.
