Aloha, I grew up with dogs and I've had the joy of dog ownership for the bulk of my adult life! I consider my puppers my furchildren and I'll treat yours like visiting family members. I'm an expert at playing fetch, hide & seek, and of course, doggie snuggling. My additional family members are George (Shih Tzu) and Oliver (terrier mix). They are outgoing and always eager to make new friends and welcome "their" guests for short or extended visits.

Leo had another fun stay with Penelope. Appreciate the daily messages, photos and especially the videos of Leo and his buddies.
Thank you Penelope for taking care of our little boy we appreciate all you do for him. It was his first daycare and happy he spent time with you and your furbabies. Everyday he looked forward to going to your home and I could see how happy he is from the videos and pictures you sent. He is really comfortable with you it’s so comforting to see Leo excited every time we drop him off.
Penny was so caring and attentive to my doggies. My dogs got along with her dogs and they had a great time together. I will be using her in the future. She shows lots of love for my doggies. She is awesome!
When Haku did the initial meet & greet, he seemed nervous and ill at ease with Penny's two dogs. Imagine my relief when we left after dropping him off for his first playdate and within minutes hearing from Penny that Haku was thoroughly enjoying himself and bossing the other dogs around. :) Penny is great at communication: she sends texts and photos and videos - I can see for myself how much fun Haku is having. We'd meant the daycare to be temporary until our son returned from CA; but Haku loves it so much we plan to take him at least once a month. Haku was 7 months old when we first started his playdates with Penny; I think it was SO important for his socialization: he loves meeting new dogs and people. I feel extremely lucky that we found Penny and Oliver and George!! :-D
I’m happy my little boy Leo enjoyed his stay with Penelope and her 2 fur babies Georgie and Oliver. We did 2 visits prior to boarding to introduce Leo and see if he was comfortable. From the first visit I felt comfortable Leo would be fine. He never boarded with other dogs before and did really good making new friends. Thank you Penelope for the photos, videos and updates on how Leo was doing it really helped to know he was in good hands. I especially enjoyed the videos of playtime seeing him interact with the other dogs and having fun made me smile. When I picked him up he was so calm usually he’s barking and pulling towards me to hurry and leave. Thank you Penelope for taking care of my little boy. ?

Schedule
I work from home Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I am available for boarding 7 days a week. I am available for doggie day care all weekdays except Tuesday and most weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small fenced yard in which dogs are allowed supervised play. All dogs receive twice daily walks. "Meaningful play time" is done for 30-45 minutes daily. My dogs, and our four legged guests, are allowed on furniture and are allowed to sleep wherever they decide is most comfortable.
Pets
A typical day
My dogs enjoy neighborhood walks, beach trips, meaningful play, mini obstacle courses, playing fetch with neighborhood kids, and meeting new friends. Please let me know if any of these activities are not appropriate for your pet.
