I have carried out several pet sits for another well known pet sitting company very successfully with 5* ratings and excellent reviews (can send if required). I also do a lot of repeat private petsits so can provide extra reviews/references if required. I have been a cat owner for 25 years and as a child we always had a family dog, which I think started my love of animals. My priority is always to find out about the pet's personalities, likes and dislikes so that I can give them the best experience and the love and care they deserve. Please note that my house sitting/overnight prices can be adjusted depending on circumstances, size of dogs etc...

I will ensure that your dogs are safe on any dog walks I take them on and deliver them safely back home, checking that your property is securely locked before leaving if you are not there.

We found Penny to be lovely and utterly reliable. She respected our home and left it exactly as she found it. She looked after our 2 cats and 2 dogs beautifully and there were no complaints at all. She was quick to learn routines and the quirks of our house to be aware of while we were away. We have used her twice which shows how happy we were with what she did for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending her at all to be a pet/house sitter.
Penelope is one of the kindest and friendliest sitters that I have met. She really loves animals and I know she has her own cat. She did a cat sit for us in July 2019. Shadow, our tabby cat, is very timid. She hid away under the sofa bed for the first day-and-a-half while Penelope was there, but by the evening of the second day, she made an appearance. By day three she had made friends with Penelope, sat on the arm rest of the sofa and even took a treat from her hand. Penelope spent a lot of time talking to Shadow while she was under the bed. She kept me up-to-date by sending me pictures of my kitties every day. When I got home from my long weekend away, I found my house clean and just as I left it. Penelope had even washed the linen that was on the bed she slept on. I will definitely use her for a cat sit again, as she is experienced, very responsible and trustworthy and my cats were happy and well looked after.

Schedule
I am semi retired so am available and flexible to carry out pet care most days including dog walking and feeding, visiting and feeding cats and staying over at an owner's property, for which I have a lot of experience and excellent 5* reviews. Most pet owners have praised me not only for the pet care but also the tidiness/cleanliness of their property on their return. You can rest assured that you can thoroughly enjoy your holiday/time away.
