Your pet’s second favourite place!
I grew up with many animals around, which I’m missing a lot living in London. I’ve had 2 dogs (medium and big) and 3 cats at different points of my life and almost all were rescued. We even rescued 3 kittens and fostered them for a few months until we found them new families! I’m used to taking care of animals with different personalities and needs (I’ve dogsat and catsat neighbours’ pets and one of our cats has 3 legs!) and love getting to know them better. DOGS: I work from home almost everyday and have a lot of flexibility. I can take care of your dog if you’re in the office or weekends and we can keep each other company, go for walks and enjoy the sun in the garden. I’m open to longer stays while you’re on holiday but only after having met the dog a few times so that we’re all comfortable and know each other a bit better. CATS: I’d love to do drop ins for cats to not only feed them but spend some time with them as well. I know they get lonely if they’re alone for too long and I’d love to keep them company and entertain them while you’re away.

Penelope took such good care of Milo, I could not have left him in better hands! She went above and beyond to help cool him down in the heat and sent lots of photos to keep me reassured. Thank you so much for looking after him while I was away -- I am so grateful!
Penélope is a responsible and kind person who carefully adapts her care to the pet. I have seen firsthand the attention she gives animals to ensure they are well looked after. She’s very attentive to any information given by the owner and to the pet’s behaviour to best meet the animal’s needs. I cannot recommend her enough.

Schedule
I work from home and I don’t have many calls throughout the day so I can dedicate a lot of attention to you pet. I generally work 9-5 and have a fenced garden so your dog can go outside as much as they want.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m happy to do a meet and greet with you and your pet so that we get to know each other in person and we’re all more comfortable. I’m also more than happy to send pictures throughout the day because, as a pet owner, I know it can be very stressful leaving your pets with strangers!!
