Experienced dog walker and sitter
I have lived with dogs ever since I was very young, which taught me how to train and care for dogs from a very young age. From the simple everyday tasks, like walking, feeding and playing with dogs, to the more advanced tasks, such as bathing, cleaning ears, attending to wounds, clipping nails, grooming, leash training, crate training and administering medications, I have done it all! I have worked with the Rover app since 2021, and I have cared for dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and ages. From my personal experience caring for dogs with a spectrum of personalities, I am confident in my ability to care for difficult dogs, such as aggressive dogs or overly shy/submissive dogs. I am very diligent and detail oriented and understand the importance of following directions so that your pet can get the personalized care they need and deserve. I previously lived in Toronto for 4 years, but I recently moved back to LA where I am excited to start my own medical practice and continue caring for pets!

I am very diligent and can follow any schedule or needs your pet may have. I can devote lots of time to play with your pet and take them on long walks. I also have experience crating dogs for mealtime and bedtime if needed.

Penelope was a wonderful dog walker for our Collie while we were on holiday. She is kind, responsible and always very caring. Our dog took to her immediately and could sense she was a good person. I would recommend Penelope to anyone looking for a loving pet carer.
Frankie fell immediately in love with Penelope and wasn’t all that excited to see us when we got home! If your ego can handle that I’d say Penelope is the sitter for your pet!

Penelope is amazing! She takes great care of our dog, always makes sure he has everything he needs when she leaves, and takes him on nice long walks. She’s been super flexible with scheduling and sends great pictures too!
