I am extremely flexible since I’m retired. I’m a writer/artist and spend lots of time exploring the areas around Buena Vista and Fairplay. And there are many days I just stay home in my three acres enjoying the view.

A typical day
There are 60 miles of quiet gravel roads in my neighborhood we can explore! I’m pretty good at throwing a ball and love to play. Cuddling on the couch is wonderful too. I’ll be happy to provide whatever your pet needs.

I’ve owned every animal from alpacas to peacocks during my Illinois farm life. We always had a pack of hounds running around! Five years ago I retired from pharmacy, sold my farm and moved to the mountains. I miss my canine crew (they lived to ripe old ages) and would love to provide a safe and happy environment for your pet.

Peggy watched our two dogs in our home. She was very communicative, sent us photos and took great care of them. We have a few requirements for our dogs and Peggy seemed to handled it all with ease. We would definitely ask her to watch our dogs & home again!
