A typical day
I like to get outside and I'm an avid hiker, so be assured that your dogs will get plenty of outdoor exercise with me. I also like to keep them mentally stimulated with various games, depending on what the individual dog likes to play. Cats will also receive playtime and all animals will get snuggles if that's what they enjoy! My own cat loves to cuddle and she knows my lap is welcome when I'm seated anywhere.

Pet care experience
I'm a loving animal fanatic who originally joined Rover several years ago, when I lived in a house with people who had allergies. I figured this would be a way for me to get my fix and it served me well. I eventually moved from Canada to the US, where I've now had the wonderful opportunity to adopt my own Calico cat, Mocha. She's my world. Now that I'm living here in the US, I thought to switch my account over and start doing what I love again. I've doggy/catsat for friends and family and I've loved every experience. I remember regularly walking my neighbor's full-grown German Shepherd when I was 12 years old and he must've weighed more than me at the time. It always brought me joy. Additionally, I have volunteered for Mississauga Humane Society in one of their cat rooms and have experience on that front. I housed several reptiles and other critters for over 10 years. I welcome all paws, scales, fins, etc.! Please reach out to me with any questions you may have - I'm looking forward to meeting your babies!

From the moment we met at their house we felt comfortable. Finn was well taken care of and the pictures and videos kept coming all weekend. I could tell that they were sad to see him go. Overall Peggy is all that you would want in a sitter, nice home, long walks, good feedback and she made to sure to ask for any instructions that we may have.
Peggy was an absolute God sent when it comes to looking for the right person to take care of your beloved animal. Peggy went above and beyond and constantly kept us updated with everything they did and were going to do! We got lots of photos and videos and could see how much fun Luna was having. I would 110% recommend her for all your pet sitting needs, she puts herself in your shoes and takes you and your animal needs seriously. Can't thank her enough for making Luna feel right at home!!
