At our flat, safety, trust, and the environment are top priorities. When providing care on our flat, we make sure that your pet is comfortable and well taken care of! In our flat pets are allowed on the furniture, ensuring that they feel at home. There will be a special bed provided for your dog or your cat, ensuring that they have a comfortable place to rest. (However, if they have a bed at their home, we would recommend you can bring us the bed, so the pet feels even more at home). Your pet will always have access to food, toys, water, and everything they need to feel happy and healthy!!! Our commitment is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for pets to ensure that your furry friend will receive the best care possible. We will work with you to create a personalized care plan that meets the unique needs of your pet! ;)

A typical day
A typical day at our boarding services includes plenty of fun and interactive activities to keep your pet happy and healthy. We are dedicated to providing a stimulating and engaging environment for your furry friend!! When going on walks (yes we will walk your dog everyday, for FREE if he stays in our flat for more than 1 night!!) with the dogs in their care, we like to take advantage of the nearby War Memorial Park. This provides a beautiful and spacious area for dogs to stretch their legs, play, and explore. We believe that keeping pets active and engaged helps to maintain their physical and mental well-being. If it happens that we need to leave our flat and leave your pet alone we would monitor him through a live camera installed in the living room, which if you want, you can have access to. Our commitment is to provide the best care for your pet extends to their approach to activities and exercise. We will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your pet's unique needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive the best care possible while in our care!! :)

With a deep love and understanding of animal behaviour, we are well-equipped to provide exceptional dog walking and boarding services. **Meet Iara:** I have spent over 10 years caring for my family's dogs and cats in my household. My passion for animal care has led me to take several mini-courses in the field, including Dog Emotion and Cognition, Animal First Aids and CPR, and Animals Behavior, and I continue to learn every day about these animals!!! :)) **Meet Pedro:** I also spent over 10 years caring for my family's dogs and over 5 years caring for cats in my household. I also have has taken courses in Dog Emotion and Cognition, Animal First Aids and CPR, and Animals Behavior, I truly believe that the mix of ongoing learning and practising will help increase the quality I deliver these services. Together, we are confident in our ability to provide a safe and loving environment for your pet. Pedro and Iara were absolutely amazing in their care of Ebony. She was walked and exercised regularly and we were sent regular updates keeping us informed of her health and wellbeing and if she was eating well etc We were truly grateful for their loving care of our little old lady and she really liked them too Would highly recommend Pedro and Iara two very special people with a real love for pets
I was nervous to leave Cooper as he had never been away from home before, but as we were going on holiday we needed to find someone to board him. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Pedro and Lara. They kept us updated on a daily basis with how cooper was getting on, took him on long walks and clearly made him feel very at home at their place. We were given regular updates via photos and videos whilst on walks or just even when he was at their home and from the get go, Cooper seemed to settle really well with them both. Thank you both so much for everything, it can be a hard thing to leave your pup but we knew he was in good hands. You are lovely people and we will absolutely be booking with you both again in the future Soph & Josh
Used Pedro for the second time to take care of our Rosie dog! Very responsive and kind. Provided a lot of updates and photos and videos and gave her a very good walk. Felt very happy and trusting. Would use again! Thank you!
Maggie was looked after superbly. I had regular updates, messages and videos. She was walked lots had lots of play and I felt so comfortable knowing she was being treated well. Every update made me relax more. I will definatly try and book with Pedro and Lara again. :) Thank you
