With years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other animals, I’m passionate about providing top-notch care tailored to your pet’s unique needs. I worked in the pet care industry for two years and have watched friends/family’s dogs for even longer, and I’m well-versed in training, including obedience sessions that I’m happy to incorporate into my care. I have hands-on experience with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including reactive dogs: my own GSD/Malinois mix is reactive, so I understand the special attention they require. Whether it’s avoiding triggering areas, providing indoor enrichment, or using specific training tools, I’m here to ensure your dog is well-cared for. I’m also skilled in administering medication and preparing special meals or enrichment activities. With my experience in handling high-energy and high-drive breeds like my own GSD/Malinois and Border Collie mixes, I’m fully equipped to engage your dog with play sessions, structured walks, sniff work, enrichment puzzles, and long-line exploration. My goal is to make sure your pet is comfortable, happy, and well-stimulated in my care. I’m also experienced with cats, rabbits, and other small animals, so if you need care for them as well, feel free to ask! Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I’m committed to going the extra mile to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Safety, trust & environment
When in your home, I will follow any specific instructions you leave for me. I am happy to crate your dog if needed, and am comfortable administering medication or special diets. If you use any training tools, I am happy to use these as I am trained on use for martingales, slip leads, prongs, etc. I am happy to do obedience and training sessions in home or while on walks (structured walk). I am comfortable caring for reactive dogs and will give them special attention and patience. I offer 30-minute and 1-hour drop-ins and walks. Drop ins can include mealtimes, indoor/outdoor playtime, potty breaks, training sessions, and of course cuddles!!

I couldn’t be happier with the care Bentley received! Payton was reliable, attentive, and clearly loves dogs. She provided regular updates, including photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Bentley was happy and well-cared-for, and we could tell he received lots of love and attention. Payton was also understanding of his leash reactivity and knew how to redirect his attention, which was a huge relief! On top of that, we came home to a clean and tidy house, which was much appreciated. We already have our next booking with Payton scheduled. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work hybrid-remote, so I am available during weekdays for early-morning drop-ins and short walks most days. I am available anytime after 5 on weekdays for longer walks, play sessions, mealtimes, and any additional care. Weekends are very flexible and am happy to do in-home care from Fridays-Sundays, or weekdays upon request & availability.
