I work an 8-4 schedule, but with flexibility to adjust my hours as needed. This allows me to check in on pets during the day for walks, feeding, or companionship. Mornings, lunch breaks, and evenings are open for longer visits, playtime, or overnight stays, so pets get consistent care and attention without long gaps in between.
