Please let me know if your dog is reactive when it sees other dogs or people around the park and what that usually entails. I’d also like to know if your dog has any special needs or care requirements and if it has ever been aggressive. In addition, I’d love to know how a typical day goes for you and your dog and what activities your dog may or may not like! The more information about your dog’s dos and don’ts, the better!
A typical day
I know that all dogs are different so I like to learn about what they enjoy! Whether it be walks in the park, playing fetch, tugging on the rope, or just being pet consistently! Does your dog have specific requests such as enrichment activities, basic training practice sessions, or other activities y’all enjoy? I’m all for it! We’ll take all the needed potty breaks throughout the day. I’ll ensure your dog won’t even notice you’re not there!

Pet care experience
I have grown up with many different pets throughout the years and I can't imagine my life without one. Currently, I have two standard poodles, a yellow lab, and a cat that thinks she's queen. I've had my poodles since they were puppies and loved every second of puppyhood, so I am open to dogs at any stage of life! I have two high energy dogs and one dog that is content lounging around. I am at home with my dogs majority of the time and 99% of every day is filled with caring for my dogs in some way. I hope to bring that same care to you and your pets, whatever the care requirements may be. I'd love to get to know you and your dog!

This was my first time using Rover (Payton) and allowing someone into my house to watch my dog Thor. It was a great experience. During the meet and greet, Payton answered all of my questions, asked her own questions, took notes and during her visits, followed all of my requests. It was definitely an excellent experience and will be using her for any future needs.

Payton was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, and I can’t recommend her enough. She cared for my cat over multiple days and consistently showed dedication and reliability with three drop-in visits each day—early morning, midday, and late at night. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was being checked on regularly and thoughtfully. What really stood out was her communication. Payton is incredibly responsive and always lets us know ahead of time if there are any changes to her usual schedule, which I really appreciated. It made it easy to stay informed and feel confident everything was under control. After every visit, she sent a sweet update along with photos, which truly made my day and reassured me that my cat was happy and well cared for. On top of that, she was very attentive to our home—bringing in packages and making sure everything, including the alarm system, was secure and functioning properly. Overall, Payton went above and beyond. She is reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and thoughtful pet sitter.
