Hi there! I’m Payton, a lifelong dog lover based in the Waldo neighborhood of Kansas City, MO. My love for animals started early, I grew up with a family dog and spent much of my teen years (and even a year in college) volunteering at the local humane society. That experience really shaped my passion for caring for animals, and it’s also where I found my soulmate pup, a 2 year old, 90 lb Anatolian Shepard who is incredibly friendly and loves making new friends! I have become the go-to “fun aunt” for my friends’ and previous roommates’ dogs (and cats) and often care for them when they’re busy or out of town. I live in a home with a fenced in backyard and a big park just down the street. If you’re looking for boarding, i’m happy to set up a meet and greet to make sure your dog and my Boog are a great match. I also offer house sitting and will always treat your home and pets with the same respect I give my own. I currently work in office from 7am-4pm though I am available most weeknights and weekends with notice. Whether you need boarding, house sitting, drop ins, or walks, I your pup(s) will be in loving and reliable hands!

Our dogs can be a handful and we always have a hard time with sitters not being comfortable with three big, especially with one that can be a little temperamental, but Payton was amazing with them and all three warmed up to her quickly during our meet & greet. I’m so happy we found her!!

Schedule
I currently work in office from 7am-4pm though I am available most weeknights and weekends with notice. Whether you need boarding, house sitting, drop ins, or walks, I your pup(s) will be in loving and reliable hands!

A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy!! Depending on their energy level and personality, we might go for walks around the neighborhood or to one of my favorite parks (Thomas Stoll, Shawnee Mission Dog Beach, Sunnyside Park), or just enjoy some cuddle time and relaxation! For more active pups that love adventure, i’m always up for longer walks or exploring new trails.
