Over the last 18 yrs of volunteering with animal shelters (Currently City of Buffalo Animal Shelter) as well as looking after friends pets I've built up a really good understanding of how to look after a variety of animals, including Dogs , Cats , Horses ( and even a pet Snake once) I've had experience of walking and exercising animals or been able to pop in to make sure they're OK and playing , feeding, cleaning their litter or entertaining them if that's all that was needed. To me every baby is different and it requires a different approach. Some animals are more affectionate and need more attention . Some don't and just need to make sure they have food and fresh water. That's fine by me. Whatever their & your need/requirements are I can work around them. After all they're your babys . I'm just lucky to lend a hand.

I currently only have a small space but hoping to move to a bigger space in the new year. Will be looking to offer a safe private space for longer term stays then.

I am honored to be a reference for my good friend Payam's application to become a dog sitter. He is very passionate about animal rescue and care and knows first-hand how much our fur-babies are our part of the family! Payam doesn't just say he loves animals; he shows it! He is reliable, responsible, patient, caring, experienced and knowledgeable with pet sitting and dog walking. I have a dog and would absolutely trust Payam with her! Anyone would be lucky to have Payam dog-sit their fur baby, as they would be in safe, trustworthy, kind and capable hands.
I have come to know Payam thru volunteer work at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter, where I have been volunteering for the last 20 yrs. Payam is an exceptional volunteer that is passionate about working with the dogs, dedicating his personal time to make sure they get walked, worked with and is eager to learn new things in regards to training. He is compassionate, kind, and just an overall trustworthy person. I would 💯 percent trust with with any of my 3 dogs. He has been such an asset to the shelter and has bonded with many of the shelter dogs, always advocating for them. I know he will be a responsible and caring dog sitter.
I met Payam volunteering at the Buffalo Animal shelter. He is amazing! He has a sincere love of the dogs and goes over and above to make sure their needs are met. He os loving compassionate, caring and dependable! I am so happy to volunteer with him! The pups are lucky to have Payam in their corner.
Payam and I are fellow volunteers at the City of Buffalo (NY) Animal Shelter. I have known him for several years now and I cannot say enough about this man and his compassion for animals. I can’t even describe how amazing he is with some of our most “at risk” dogs and cats. He has a way with some of our most challenging residents that I can’t describe. He is dedicated beyond what is normally required. He is loving, compassionate and responsible. He has all the skills required to be an amazing pet sitter. I would trust this man with my own pack in a heartbeat. Payam is the real deal.
As long as I’ve known Payam, he’s been volunteering at our local animal shelter. He has always had a love for animals, and is kind, loving, and intuitive. He would be wonderful for this position.
