I work part-time from home — just a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. Because my job is home-based, I’m available all week to care for your pets. They’ll never be left for long periods and will always get plenty of time, care, and attention every single day.

To provide the best care for your pet, please share the following: A copy of your pet’s up-to-date vaccination record (at the meet & greet). Confirmation that they are up to date with flea, tick, and worm treatments when the service starts. Whether your dog is comfortable around other friendly dogs (I may look after more than one at a time, never more than 3–4). Any special needs, behaviours, or quirks I should be aware of. Your pet’s daily routines (feeding, walks, playtime, etc.). Any dietary restrictions or medical conditions. This way, I can make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and happy during their time with me.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets in my care is all about keeping them happy and engaged! I love to stimulate dogs both physically and mentally, so we'll have a blast together. We’ll start with some energetic playtime, tossing toys or playing fetch in the park. Then, we’ll head out for a walk in my neighborhood, where your dog can discover new smells and sights, satisfying their natural curiosity. Little Fransham is perfect for longer adventures, where we can explore trails, play in open spaces, or simply enjoy a relaxing time in nature. Throughout the day, I’ll make sure to include plenty of cuddle time and downtime, ensuring your pets feel comfortable and loved. For cats, I focus on creating a relaxed and secure atmosphere, catering to their individual personalities. Whether your cat loves to play with feather toys, enjoys quiet lap time, or prefers exploring on their own terms, I’ll tailor my care to their needs. I’ll ensure their routines, from feeding schedules to litter box cleaning, are followed to the letter. With gentle attention and understanding, I’ll make sure your cat feels safe, happy, and content while you’re away. Additionally, I understand how important it is to stay connected with your pets while you're away. I offer photo and video updates as often as you'd like, so you can see how your furry friend is doing and feel reassured that they're in good hands.

Hi, I’m Paulina — though the dogs know me as Pawlina 🐾! I run PAWLINA: Home for Pets, a safe, licensed, and insured home-from-home for dogs in Little Fransham. I hold a Breckland Council Animal Welfare Licence (AWL0208) for home boarding and daycare of up to 5 dogs, so you can be sure your pets are cared for to the highest standards. I’ve loved animals since I was a child—my home was always full of pets, and I’ve felt happiest outdoors in nature. I’m calm and gentle, which animals seem to naturally sense. Even the shyest ones warm up to me quickly and often come over for cuddles. I can't walk away when an animal needs help—like the little kitten I rescued and found a loving home for (take a peek at my gallery, but be prepared for a cuteness overload 😍). It makes me very happy to make animals feel safe and loved. What I also love about my pet-sitting work is the chance to meet wonderful people—pet owners who, like me, truly care about animals. From my experience, pet owners are some of the kindest and most caring individuals you can find, and I feel lucky to be around such a kind community. At Pawlina's, your furry family member will be safe, loved, and treated like one of my own. I can’t wait to welcome them and help them feel right at home! 🐾❤️

Paulina took great care of our cockapoo Buddy. I am so glad we found Paulina to look after him as I had been worried about leaving him, but I didn't need to, as it is clear he had a great time with her and her partner. Paulina kept us updated throughout his stay and when we collected him, it was clear he was happy and had been well cared for. I would highly recommend her professional and personal service.
