She is respectful of my Dogs needs and reinforces behavior with rewards and not punishments. My dog "Doug" is always happy to see her. My work takes me on travel and It is a good feeling knowing that Doug will be well cared for. She even sends pictures so i know things are going well. Schedule
So my work schedule is a part-time so I have planty of free time to take care of dogs and cats, which I absolutely love!
