She’s extremely gentle, and seems very kind. She sent me pictures, and more pictures when I requested for more. Communication is top notch as well. She gave my dog a complimentary bath before her pick up, all fluffy and aromatic. (it didn’t last long though - lulu rolled on an egg in our backyard, she stinks now, haha)
Paulina was great from the moment Rip met her. He seemed to get comfortable right away. She was good at sending pictures to let us know that Rip was happy and having fun with new friends. She communicates very well. We will definitely use her again.
