We were planning a much-needed family vacation, but had never left our cat in someone else's care before. Naturally, we were nervous—especially since our cat is a rescue with special needs. From the moment we reached out, Paulina was responsive and professional. She quickly put us at ease with her prompt communication and genuine interest in understanding our cat's unique personality and needs. Paulina turned out to be the perfect match. She earned our cat's trust—no small feat—and formed a real bond with him. Her regular updates through Rover cards, complete with detailed notes and photos, reassured us that he was in great hands. Paulina truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation without worry, knowing our cat was happy and well cared for. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paulina to our friends and family. She’s a wonderful sitter and we’re so grateful to have found her.

Paulina was absolutely amazing with my 2 dogs. When she first came for a meet and greet my dogs loved her immediately. And no wonder, Paulina just has a natural love for animals and I’m sure my dogs felt that right away. During her visits Paulina communicated very proactively and sent regular updates and pictures. I felt like I was almost at home with them and I knew my fur babies were in great hands. I can unreservedly recommend Paulina and I will definitely ask her again to take care of my dogs when I have to leave town.
