I have been caring for animals all of my life. I have pet/house sat for many friends, family members and neighbors throughout my life. I am told that I bring a soothing, calm presence that puts both humans and animals at ease. I deeply love animals. I am a naturally neat person so I will also keep your home clean and bring in mail, water plants, etc. I am highly responsible and retired from doing hospice work. I do grief support remote work on a part time basis. I am in great health, a meditator since high school and highly experienced in caring for all types of pets. If you choose me to care for your beloved pets and home, I will make sure that they feel safe, comfortable and nurtured and will give them all the play, exercise and attention they desire. I am local so am able to meet with you beforehand to ensure it is a good fit.

In a client's home, I make sure that I adhere to the schedule already set by the owners. I find that this helps animals with anxiety about their human companions being away. I also provide calm, loving presence which helps them feel comfortable and secure. I take them for walks, play, snuggle, basically whatever they do regularly with their humans. But I also respect boundaries, for instance, I snuggle with pets only if they initiate it and/or are into it. I deeply love animals and can easily tune into their needs and wants.

To whom it may concern, I have known Paulette Forest for over 35 years. I have witnessed first hand the highest level of care that she provided for all of her pets over the years. She has also cared for my cat Max. He adores Paulette. She gives him cat massages and a peaceful, loving presence and when he is in the mood to play, she played with him until he was ready to stop playing. Whenever he sees her, he runs to her. One night, when I had to go to ER for an emergent health issue, he was in distress. Paulette dropped what she was doing and stayed with him until it was resolved. That is why she is his godmother. Schedule
I work remotely using my own phone on a part time basis providing grief support to people so I can accept pet/house sitting gigs. I can physically be there to help your animal companions feel safe and secure while you are away. I am specifically looking for housesitting/petsitting gigs.
