Paula was great! Handled 2 big high energy dogs like it was nothing. Plus, our new house had unexpected technical issues (breakers flipping, internet going out, etc) that she also handled without a problem. She made our first time leaving our dogs and our house with someone else easy and the dogs loved her.

Paula took great care of our pets and our home! She quickly responded when I checked in and she followed up with her own check in’s with pics of the animals! We will definitely book her again! Thank you Paula!

I am so grateful to have had Paula pet-sit for my cat, Gomez! Paula has a natural way with animals and Gomez absolutely adored them (and they Gomez) when she came to ask questions on how I wanted Gomez cared for. I received lots of update pictures which put my mind at ease knowing Gomez was happy and well-cared for. I came home to a clean and tidy space. It was clear that Paula took great care of my home as well as my cat. I would highly recommend Paula as a responsible and loving pet sitter!

I would like to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with a dog sitter named Paula from Rover. It was highly unsatisfactory. There were alcohol bottles scattered throughout my home, and she left behind some of her belongings. She allowed my dog to sleep on the bed and failed to clean the litter box, which resulted in my cat urinating on my $4,000 leather couches, leaving a permanent odor. Additionally, Paula never recorded my dog's walks on the app, so I had no way of knowing when my dog was actually being walked. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rover sitter. I believe she should be terminated, and I request a full refund. I am completely disgusted by the way Paula handled my home and my pets, and I cannot believe Rover would allow someone like her to work through their platform.
