I can’t recommend Paula enough as a dog walker and caregiver! She is a true dog lover and has cared for our dog many times. Every time we turn into her driveway, he gets so excited because he knows exactly where he’s going! Whenever he stays with her, we know he’s going to be loved, well cared for, and get plenty of attention- and probably more walks in a day than he gets at home! Schedule
My Daily Routine Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, caring for dogs fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m home throughout much of the day, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and walks without them feeling like they are simply being left alone. I typically start the day with potty time, breakfast, and some attention or a walk before settling into work. Throughout the workday, I take breaks to check on the dogs, let them outside for potty breaks using a leash or tie-out, other walk as needed to give them attention, and make sure they are comfortable. They are welcome to relax near me while I work, and I can adjust my routine based on each dog’s individual needs. I do occasionally need to be away from home for work or other commitments, but I’m very flexible and plan my schedule around the dogs in my care whenever possible. I’m comfortable adjusting feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications, rest time, or other routines to match what your dog is accustomed to. My goal is to provide a calm, loving home environment where your dog can feel comfortable, included, and cared for while you’re away. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to work with their individual personality, age, energy level, and routine.

A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of love, attention, and activities tailored to each dog’s personality and needs. We’ll enjoy walks, outdoor potty breaks, playtime, and relaxing together. I love keeping dogs engaged with toys, games, and plenty of one-on-one attention. We can also spend time lounging on the deck, exploring the neighborhood, practicing basic commands, and enjoying quiet cuddle time. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, happy, and right at home while they are in my care.
