Dog lover in Maastricht
I have a 5 year old cutie pie called Holly. She’s a mixed breed rescued from Portugal. I got her at 6 months old and thought this was a great opportunity to do a bonding course so I learned a lot about training as well as understanding dog behavior. I am used to high energy dogs so rest assured your fur baby will be taken on long walks. I love animals so it seems natural to pet sit 🐶. I will send daily updates including pictures and any info you desire to know. I am looking forward to getting to know the furry friends around beautiful Maastricht. In case you have any questions, please don’t hesitate in asking me.

Paula was able to take our dog Pickle overnight at short notice and despite her moving house a couple of days earlier! She took great care of Pickle and gave us plenty of updates.
Paula responded quickly to my last minute request as an owner looking for a dog sitter for the first time, she was very flexible and accommodating 😊 Her experience with animals really shines through, highly recommended!

Paula took care of my dog Tequila, a nervous Chihuahua, for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Tequila felt comfortable with Paula, which pleasantly surprised me since she’s usually a bit wary. Paula was incredibly patient, loving, and kind, showing a genuine affection for animals. Additionally She send me pictures and vídeos. Tequila bonded wonderfully with Paula’s dog, which gave her even more comfort and companionship. I wholeheartedly recommend Paula. She is a responsible and trustworthy caregiver, and I’m confident that any pet would be in the best hands with her.

Schedule
I work from Monday to Friday office hours so my weekends are generally free. I think this is a great opportunity for Holly to make some nice friends.

Safety, trust & environment
Holly knows how to open doors, can jump on chairs and finds a way to get what she wants so our house is dog proof. The house has a nice garden that is fenced in so there’s no way our furry friends can escape!

A typical day
I love going to the dog park as this is a nice way for them to socialize and let out as much energy as possible. Long walks are also part of the routine but there will also be lots of cuddles!
